Lake One ----- total pegs 12 Lake 1 is part of the original farm and is one of the oldest and most established lakes on site with a central island and lots of natural features creating an interesting and challenging place to fish. It has an average depth of 5 to 6ft throughout. It is well stocked with carp ranging up to 19lb along with Bream. Tench, Roach & Rudd
Lake One
	Lake Two ----- total pegs 30 Also known as the Carp lake and the home to “Big Chief” a 30lb Mirror Carp (picture below). The lake has a good head of Carp exceeding 20lb along with good sized Bream. It is approximately 2 acres in size with over hanging willow trees in the margins and 3 under water islands along the centre of the lake, approximately 3ft under the surface of the water. Lake Two
	Lake Three ----- total pegs 33 Situated in the middle of the complex and has a car park at either end. It has many mature trees and natural features which makes it many anglers favourite. Depths range from 3ft around the island to 9ft along the track side. As it is one of the oldest lakes on site and it holds Carp in excess of 20lb also has a great variety of other species including Chubb to 5lb, Crucian Carp to 2.5 lb and Tench to 8lb. Lake Three
	Lake four ----- total pegs 21 The first lake you see on the approach into the complex it is approximately 2 acres in size and has 3 large islands down the middle these are well matured with over hanging trees creating excellent spots for Carp. It was dug in 1999 so is well established with Carp to 14lb also stocked with Crucian Carp, Roach, Rudd, Tench and Perch up to 4lb. It has an average depth of 5 -6ft.
Lake Four
	Lake five ----- total pegs 26 Lake 5 was dug out at the same time as lake 4 therefore has created a well established lake which is approximately 2 acres in size and consists mainly of Carp, Crucian Carp, Bream, and specimen Perch up to 5 lb. There is a central island up the middle of the lake and there are also plenty of over hanging features and reeds from the margins. This lake has easy access parking up to the waters edge. Its depth is 4 - 6ft.
Lake Five
	Lake six ----- total pegs 16 Dug out at the same time as lake 4 and 5, it is a smaller lake only being 1 acre in size and is 6ft in depth. There is a long central island with weeping willows creating great features to fish up to. This lake is well socked with Roach, Rudd, Carp, Crucian, Tench and Bream.
Lake Six
	Lake seven ----- total pegs 52 Lake 7 was dug out in 2003. It is ideal for large matches and day ticket anglers with a large mixed stock of Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd, Bream, Chubb and Crucian Carp. The lake has been designed so that every angler has the same depth 5ft - 6ft and distance to the island (approx 13m). The biggest carp would be approximately 10lb. Very popular for match bookings.
Lake Seven
	Lake eight ----- kingfisher - residents only We have made this lake as interesting as possible, the depths vary throughout the lake ranging between 3ft - 10ft with two islands for extra features. We have tried to keep this lake Carp free but there are a few in there up to 5lb. The main species are Crucian Carp, Tench, Roach, Rudd and Bream.

Rules

• NO Nuts, Blood worm or jokers
• NO Cat or Dog meat
• All All nets to be disinfected on arrival
• No Fish over 2lb in keep nets
• No keep nets on lake 2
• Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult
• Take all litter, discarded line home or place in a litter bin provided
• All anglers must stay within the perimeter of the lakes and car parks
• Strictly no night fishing
• Floating baits may be used, but particular care must be taken not to hook water fowl
• Hemp, boilies and ground bait may be used in moderation to avoid pollution
• No spinning
• Maximum of 2 rods per person
• Tackle must be with drawn from water if unattended
• Litter in the vicinity of the anglers peg is considered his/her responsibility
• Please be considerate when using buzzers: please turn the sound down as noise travels
• All fish being photographed must be held over an unhooking matt at all times - photographs should be taken kneeling down under no circumstances should you be standing up
• All fish must be returned to the water alive
• Barbless hooks only any barbed hooks including micro barbs are strictly BANNED
• Do not disturb wildlife, please advise a member of staff as soon as possible should any wild life become hurt or injured, hooked or entangled with line
• No swimming
• Please treat fish and anglers with respect
• Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times, please clean up after them
• All matches must use 2 keep nets one for carp and the second for any other species, maximum of 50lb per net
